Previous positions:
CEO of Saudi Fransi Capital, and he worked as the Group Treasurer of Abdul Lateef Jamil and Capital Markets & Investment Advisor. He was also the General Manager of Deutsche Bank KSA. Additionally, he started his career with Banque Saudi Fransi in 1994, where he was the Head of Group Treasury and was a member of several executive committees in charge of development and follow-up implementation of the Group’s treasury strategy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounting from California State University.

Experience:
He has over 28 years of banking, financial and investments experience, and his career has given him wide experience across a variety of business sectors and the financial services sector.

Experience:
Financial and administrative fields, portfolio management, studying and analyzing of listed companies. Sits on a number of other Boards and Committees of listed and private companies.

Current positions:
Ahmed is the Chief Investment Officer for Regional Markets at Hassana Investment Company since June 2018. He manages a team of experienced portfolio managers and investment specialist covering public equity, fixed income, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate investments in local and regional markets.
Ahmed serves on the board of directors of several public and private companies including National Medical Care Company "Care", Savola, Maarif Education, Saudi Medical Care Group and Osool Integrated Real Estate Company.

Previous positions:
Previously, he was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jawda Integrated Real Estate Company, and a member of the Board of Directors of Jabal Omar Development Company and the Arab National Bank, representing the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

Bachelor’s degree in finance, King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals- KSA

Experience:
Ahmed has more than 15 years of experience in managing public and private investments with significant experience in restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, restructuring. Prior to his current role as Chief Investment Officers for Regional Markets in Hassana, he was the Head of Equity at Hassana between 2014 and 2018 and prior to that he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at HSBC Asset Management between 2011 and 2014, an Equity Analyst at NCB Capital between 2008 and 2011.

Current positions:
Businessman - Member of the Board of Directors in several Saudi joint stock companies such as Dallah Health Company, Jarir Company, Jarir Investment Company, Savola Company, Al Rajhi Holding and Real Estate Company, Muhammad Al Faqih Company, Arnal Financial Company, Al Habib Company, Panda Retail Company. And a member of the board of directors in several other companies.

Previous positions:
CEO of Amwal Financial Consultants, General Manager of Othaim Trading Group, Managing Partner at KPMG International, and Executive Director at Dallah Hospital.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Management (Accounting major) - King Saud University, KSA Management and Leadership Program - Oxford University, UK

Experience:
Financial, administrative, and auditing consultancy, executive management in a health institution, and retail and wholesale, and sits on other Boards and Committees

Advisory partner and Chairman of Bain & Company Middle East.

Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration from HEC University - Paris in 1983

Experience:
Consulting partner at Bain for more than 18 years.
He joined Bain Company in London in 1983, and he was elected as a partner in it in 1988, and he opened the Brussels office - Belgium in 1990 and managed it until 1994, then opened an office in Paris and managed it until 2001, after which he started Bain and his partners in the Middle East And opened an office in Dubai in 2005.

He has international experience as CEO and C-Level in several retail companies and moved around different countries such as China, Egypt, Indonesia, and Netherlands. In addition, he held several positions as none-executive directors in F&B companies.
