Panda consults with its suppliers and works with them hand in hand, to find solutions that enable and strengthen the retail supply chain, with the aim of providing products at affordable prices and which are appropriate to the needs and capabilities of all target groups.
Our quality standards
It is Panda Retail Company’s policy that all suppliers, whether of imported or locally manufactured goods, must comply with all Saudi Arabia’s regulatory bodies, such as SFDA, MOC, MEWA, and SASO to ensure the safety of food and drugs for human and animal consumption. Additionally, suppliers are expected to hold active QMS certificates from independent awarding bodies, or a minimum of HACCP as per Saudi Regulations. Suppliers shall permit Panda’s Auditor to perform on-site audits once per year, if these are needed, as well as provide access to all their facilities and records.
